It is extremely interesting to know that the statement issued few days back by the micro-blogging site stated that "they stand clear about strict action been taken againt the behavior that has the potential to lead to Offline Harm" 

Therefore they suspended the account of actor Kangana Ranaut.

But recently Sharjeel Usmani tweeted 'A HINDU CHANTING JAI SHREE RAM are most likely terrorist' and very surprisingly twitter decided to turn blind eye on . Sharjeel few days back posted other controversial tweet ,when media industry was hit by the sudden demise of Rohit Sardana there were few who were celebrating it. Sharjeel tweeted "Sociopath, pathological liar and genocidal enabler he was ,SHALL NOT BE REMEMBERED AS JOURNALIST."
Seeing this it is amply clear that twitter is clearly inconsistent in it's action ,it says something else it does something else .
